It does everything that it's supposed to do and more. The quick start instruction pamphlet is okay, but a more detailed manual would be helpful.

I read all the reviews before purchasing the 265WT. I am pleased I bought the unit that meets my needs! It is easy to understand, but does need the right touch for typing in the addresses. I finally figured out you hit the bottom of the letters, after eraseing a lot at first. I had been using my Verizon phone for my navigation and decided that the $10 a month was just one more thing to pay! The unit does take me off roads sometimes on a route I would not choose when I know where I am going, but it always gets you there. I do find that it is routing me around traffic and that is a plus, but it took me a while to trust that IT knows best. The screen is beautifil and visible at night as well as day with no problems. The maps seem to be accurate and it gives you plenty of time to change lanes and get where you need to be for the next turn. I would highly recommend the weighted dash mount as it works great to position the unit for easy visibility. I have not tried the blue tooth or other features, so cannot comment. This is a real bang for the buck and you do not have to be a techie to use it!

I purchased the 255W for my Mom. She loves it and it got me thinking about how much I should upgrade from my old unit. The 265WT has the same features as the 255W, with the addition of bluetooth phone support and lifetime traffic. I was looking to purchase a hands-free bluetooth device anyway, so this was killing two birds with one stone, so to speak. Turns out, really nice to have these feature in one compact unit. The traffic appears to be wrong enough times that I consider it unreliable. No matter, extremely easy to use, many online features, a great unit at a great price. Worth the increase over the 255W just for the bluetooth alone.
